I think this is a great idea as I'm sure that people are still working through what happened to this formerly great company. The change in atmosphere was brutal once Tony Teele died and Ashraf Rizk stepped down. I've never seen anything like this in my professional life to date. I'm glad to have the opportunity to see how people are doing. My sense is that people inside of Chemonics are still looking for a way out.

It was brutal indeed. If it weren't happening to people I care about it would be a fascinating case study. The company benefitted so much financially from the dedication, passion, and love of employees. They worked so many extra hours, they worked so much harder than they had to. That love was systematically destroyed as if it were nothing. But, to people who view 38% turnover as a good thing, perhaps the love staff had for the company was meaningless.
