How is everyone doing?

I'd be interested to hear from fellow alums about what you're doing these days and how you are liking it.

I've been at International Resources Group (IRG) for ten months now. Another Asia Region refugee helped recruit me into this position. Now we're up to four Ex-Chems here - hope to keep that number growing! I've really come to appreciate the value of all of that Chemonics training - we bring so much perspective and know-how to our new companies.

The working environment here is so different from the current Chemonics (though nicely similar to the old one); it took some time to adjust.

Just a minute ago, I was forwarded *another* farewell email from a talented, hard-working, undervalued manager who has made the decision to move on. Is it ok to extend the invitation to this blog?
